At CACE, student-athletes are our first priority. Our goal is to provide athletes with the proper resources to navigate their college athletic experience in a protected environment. Compliance regulations and NCAA rules can be confusing and intimidating. As an independently run organization and 501(c)(3) recognized nonprofit, we provide student-athletes advice regarding compliance rules, without fear of retribution or retaliation from their school or the NCAA.

Transfer Advice & Redshirt Petitions
We offer step-by-step transfer advice that provides you with the necessary information to make your decision, before approaching a coach or school official. If you decide that transferring is the right decision for you, we will be there every step of the way to assist you. Additionally, we can help you determine if you qualify for a redshirt and the drafting of a petition to be granted an additional season.
the pandemic’s effect on eligibility
COVID-19 has created a whirlwind of new challenges for everyone, including student-athletes. We provide advice tailored to your situation depending on your athletic and academic goals.
Amateur Status
Each level of competition (division I, division II & division III) has different rules concerning their athletes. We clarify these differences and provide the correct information for you, based on your level of competition, ensuring you stay eligible to compete.
Coach Relationship Issues
Send us a description of the situation and we will help you plan a course of action to address this problem. If coaches are breaking rules, we also offer to approach your compliance department and alert them to the violation, without getting you involved. This confidentiality protects you from discrimination or backlash from the reporting process.
General Rules & Guidelines
We provide you with in-depth information regarding the rules and counsel you on how best to approach your problem. As independent advisors, we are a safe resource to send compliance concerns to without fear of being reported or reprimanded by your university.
NIL Contract Guidance
With the recent change in rules surrounding NIL rights, it’s difficult to know what is and isn’t allowed. Our team is happy to provide you with guidance on the topic of potential sponsorship deals in relation to NCAA compliance rules.
